How do I book to see Mr Mordecai?

The easiest way to book is to contact his PA by phone, email or the webpage contact form. Alternatively, if you know which hospital you would like to visit, you could also call the hospital directly.

Will my insurance cover my visit?

Mr Mordecai is recognised by all the major insurance providers and his fees fall within their guidelines. Every policy is different, so please check with your insurer that you are covered for your appointment. You might have an excess to pay.

I have an excess on my policy - how do I pay?

If your excess is in relation to your appointments or surgery with Mr Mordecai, then once he is notified by your insurance company of the excess amount, you will be sent an invoice which will include all payment details. If the excess is in relation to any diagnostic tests (e.g. x-rays), then the hospital will send you an invoice directly.

Can I self-fund my treatment?

Yes. Many patients who do not have an insurance policy choose to pay for their private medical treatment. Please contact for further details. If you require any diagnostic tests or surgery, then the cost of these is determined by each individual hospital. Please contact them for further information.

Can I see Mr Mordecai at short notice?

If you require an urgent appointment or you are unable to get a suitable appointment from the hospital bookings department, then please contact his PA, by phone, email or the webpage contact form and alternative arrangements can usually be made.
